Retention of more local access compared to other options
Some improvements for cyclists, but not as much as concept options one and two
Loss of right-turn entry from Punt Road
No dedicated cycling provisions east of Miller Street

Traffic reduction on Rowena Parade	Moderate reduction (up to 65 vehicles per peak hour)
Impact on local access	Some local trips become less direct, with an overall low to moderate impact on local access
Impact to Lennox Street	Minor reduction in non-local traffic (up to 30 vehicles per peak hour) Low traffic increases due to local traffic redistribution (10 to 20 vehicles per peak hour)
Impacts on wider area	Low to moderate traffic increases on surrounding streets, mainly Richmond Terrace, Tanner Street and Sherwood Street (up to 40 vehicles per peak hour spread across all streets)
