If you speak a language other than English we want hear: how do you use our customer service? Does it work well for you? How can we make it easier for you to use?

What does customer service do?

  • Answers questions about Council services and directs you to the right place for help.
  • Helps you book services, report a problem or ask for action.
  • Paying bills, parking fines or registering pets

This survey will only take a few minutes and you can be in a prize draw for one of five $50 vouchers.
