Thank you for contributing to our recent consultation on Langdon Reserve.

We received over 50 responses online, as well as speaking to a range of people at the reserve in November 2016 and again in February 2017.

We heard that retaining trees is very important, as well as more seating, picnic tables and planting garden beds to create a buffer between the park and the busy road. We saw support for a basketball court located separately from the playground. Your feedback indicated it was important to you that the location of the court would help keep trees and have minimal impact to accommodate all users of the park.

Your feedback helped our project team reach a final design based around your ideas and concerns.

Next Steps

From here, works will commence around May 2017 and should take a few weeks. We will keep the community updated on the works and any disruptions over the duration of the project.
