Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your suggestions helped inform our 0-25 Years Plan 2018 to 2022.

A bit about the project

More than 8,500 households in Yarra are home to children and families.

We provide a range of programs, services and activities aimed at supporting them through their journey.

We know that children and young people of different ages and stages have different needs. We also know they don’t necessarily leave home at 18!

That's why we’ve prepared this plan that, for the first time, is a life stage approach. It's a plan for families with babies right through to 25 year olds. It aims for a more seamless experience for families navigating the service system and young people moving from dependence to independence.

What you told us

During 2017 and early 2018 we asked you what you liked about raising children or growing up in Yarra and how Yarra could be a better community particularly for children, young people and their families.

More than 750 contributions were generously provided through conversations, workshops, online, emails, phone calls and activities.

Now we’re asking your feedback on the draft plan which we hope reflects those ideas and priorities.

Have your say on the draft 0-25 Plan and first year actions by Friday 1 June.

Your comments will be considered as part of the final 4 Year Plan and Annual Action Plan considered by Council in July.
