Thank you for your feedback. We used it to help identify our priorities to support the healthy development of young people aged 8 – 14 years in Yarra.
This was then used to inform the priority Action Areas of the Yarra 2022-25 Action Plan outlined on the Communities that Care webpage.
A bit about the project
Calling all 8 to 14 year olds and those who care for them…
We want to hear from you if you are 8 to 14 years old, or parent, service provider or educator of young people aged 8 to 14 years. We want to know what you feel is most important for us to focus on to best support young people over the next three years in the quick survey below.
Who are Communities that Care?
We're a partnership that includes Yarra City Council, Neighbourhood Justice Centre, Yarra schools, local agencies and the Victorian State Government to support the healthy development of our young people aged 8 – 14 years. Read more about Yarra's Communities that Care.
Every three years, we ask the community to help to decide what things are most important for us to focus on. Already, consultations with nearly 1100 young people and with schools and service providers has provided eight possible focus areas. So we can make the biggest impact, we need to hear your top priorities.
