As part of the construction works for the new park on the corner of Charles and Mollison Street, the footpath and roadway in Mollison Street (between Park and Charles Street) is being upgraded.

Excavation of the footpath on the south side of Mollison Street (between Park Street and Charles Street) will commence the week beginning 21 May 2018.

The first half of the week will involve preparation of the crushed rock base and the second half of the week will involve the pouring of the concrete base and installation of lateral drains. Access to front doors will be restricted on Wednesday 23, Thursday 24 and Friday 25 May. However if you require access to your front door during this period, please contact me at Fiona.OByrne@yarracity.vic.gov.au and I will investigate a temporary arrangement.

Detours for pedestrians will be provided during the works.

Construction works will take place between the permitted times of 7am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 3pm Saturdays.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused by these works.
