What we're doing

By 2031, it's predicted that there will be a 62% increase in resident population in the Collingwood area.

That's why we're increasing the green space available to the community on the corner of Budd and Easey Streets (near the substation on Easey Street).

Last year, following sentiment testing with the local community, there was strong support for a new open space at this location. Council has since approved a road discontinuance and we've now created a draft Concept Design for the new open space.

Tell us what you think about the draft Concept Design, which proposed park features you think are the most important to include and share any other comments and suggestions you have about this project. Have your say before the consultation closes at 9am on Monday 13 April 2026.
